The Morrison-Smith Computer Human Interaction (MoCHI) Research Group at Hamilton College, formerly BarnardHCI, focuses on addressing problems in the area of human-computer interaction, which concentrates on the design, evaluation, and implementation of interactive systems, as well as the study of associated major phenomena.

Our current research focuses on developing interfaces that support qualitative data analysis in novel ways, developing tools to support collaboration in large multidisciplinary projects, and promoting accessibility in computer science education.
